What you'll do

• Stage products with appropriate spacing
• operate pallet jacks or forklifts to offload trailers
• assess and restack compromised pallets
• identify products and record batch numbers and expiration dates
• review purchase orders and document discrepancies
• inspect trailers and products for food-safety concerns
• coordinate product storage
• verify outbound loads and load information
• apply safe loading patterns and prevent product damage.
