What you'll do

• Develop and manage cost plans and detailed estimates from concept through detailed design
• lead estimate reviews
• present milestone cost updates and explain assumptions, inclusions, exclusions, and risks
• lead quantity takeoffs and cost checks for civil, structural, and architectural scopes
• provide program-level estimating
• review contractor bids, pay applications, and change orders
• maintain benchmarks and historical cost data
• facilitate value engineering
• support procurement and preconstruction
• coordinate with cost management, procurement, and project controls
• mentor and coordinate support staff
• prepare client presentations.
