What you'll do

• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues using remote tools
• respond to client and internal inquiries through cases, email, and calls
• support modifications to time-off accruals, time and attendance, tax items, ACA, general ledger, reporting, custom calculations, and security requests
• document interactions and identify trends
• collaborate to resolve complex issues and improve software performance
• share knowledge
• analyze data using Excel
• communicate technical information
• represent the team in client interactions
• use multiple communication and tracking systems
• build application expertise and support quality standards.
