Attractions Supervisor

The supervisor supports the Admissions and Attractions Managers at Ripley’s attractions, helping deliver efficient guest service and a positive environment for guests and team members. The role helps maintain daily attraction operations by supporting staff, service, sales, cleanliness, cash handling, and safety. It also serves as supervisor on duty when a manager is absent, helping uphold company procedures and service standards.

What you'll do

• Promote positive team communication
• maintain an organized and stocked work area
• oversee point-of-sale opening and closing and front- and back-of-house duties
• maintain exhibit and facility cleanliness
• assist with staff schedules and coverage
• follow cash-handling procedures
• support promotions
• reinforce procedures and policies
• identify hazards
• document incidents and support safety initiatives.
