What you'll do

• Lead and oversee the Personal Care Attendant team at the PACE center. Schedule and coordinate daily assignments and participant coverage
• oversee staff training, competency evaluations, documentation, and performance
• monitor assistance with activities of daily living against care plans
• manage incontinence supplies and inventory
• communicate participant changes and incidents to the interdisciplinary team and nursing leadership
• and support direct care as needed.

Why this role
