What you'll do

• Own lease-up plans and milestones
• lead recurring meetings and track risks and decisions
• direct and coach community managers and site teams
• coordinate apartment delivery, inspections, and opening readiness
• oversee affordable housing compliance and applicant workflows
• monitor leasing, occupancy, budgets, and reporting
• coordinate staffing, training, resident communications, and transition to stabilized operations
• visit assigned communities at least 3–4 times per week.
