What you'll do

• Answer phones and take reservations
• check guests in and out
• perform daily audit procedures at 2 AM
• help set up breakfast from 4:30–5:00 AM
• verify wake-up call requests
• balance cash receipts and work performed and make cash deposits
• prepare the front office for the A shift
• serve as a nighttime guest service representative and manager on duty
• attend front office meetings and participate in training.
