Group Home Supervisor

What you'll do

• Communicate policies and mandatory reporting requirements to appropriate agencies within established timelines
• set work standards and ensure compliance with safety procedures and charting
• interpret departmental policies and guidelines
• coach, train, evaluate, and supervise staff
• ensure medical, dental, and psychological treatments are recorded
• maintain supplies and equipment inventory
• coordinate vehicle maintenance and resident transportation
• prepare child-record reports
• provide CPR or First Aid in emergencies as required
• perform Group Home Worker duties when needed.

Why this role

Requires an associate degree in social work, counseling, or a related field and four years of relevant group-home experience, or an equivalent combination, plus one year of supervisory experience. CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications must be obtained within six months of hire.
