What you'll do

• Lead branch operations and strategy

• manage budgeting, forecasting, profitability, and job costs
• oversee milling, roadway, and pavement projects
• develop staff
• manage workforce planning
• support estimating and bidding
• build customer relationships
• monitor safety, quality, productivity, schedules, and project performance.
