Maintenance Technician Trainee

The Maintenance Technician Trainee role is onsite in Aurora, CO. Compensation is $21–$28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Glassfab Tempering Services supplies architectural glass and metal products to local businesses. Working alongside experienced maintenance personnel, the trainee learns to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment and facility systems. The role helps address equipment issues and production downtime while building skills for advancement into a more experienced maintenance technician position.

What you'll do

• Assist with preventive and routine maintenance
• learn to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
• assist with diagnosing problems, inspections, adjustments, repairs, and installations
• help respond to equipment issues and production downtime
• maintain tools, work areas, spare parts, and maintenance records
• follow safety procedures, including lockout/tagout.
