What you'll do

• Learn and follow menu items, recipes, and line procedures
• read recipes and use kitchen software displays
• communicate ticket issues, menu changes, and unavailable items to staff
• maintain a safe and clean workstation
• assist service personnel as needed
• provide guests with information about menu items, events, and community involvement
• follow Oregon food safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
