What you'll do

• Develop and oversee internal controls
• support fiscal operations and financial data integrity
• prepare accounting entries under GAAP and company policy
• assist with Board, HUD, CEO, and operational reports
• serve as CFO in the CFO’s absence
• coordinate audits
• prepare state and federal tax reports
• reconcile general ledger accounts
• analyze financial information and recommend improved business models and capital priorities.
