- maintain clinical documentation
- participate in interdisciplinary meetings and quality improvement
- delegate appropriate nursing tasks and provide supervision
- meet productivity standards averaging 5–7 visits per day
- follow safety, infection-control, confidentiality, weekend and holiday care, and regulatory requirements

Why this role
Requires a current New Hampshire RN license, CPR certification, a state-licensed basic nursing program, one year of professional nursing experience or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and reliable access to an automobile. Community staff nursing preparation is preferred.
