The Entry-Level IT Support Associate role is onsite in Expedient’s Phoenix, AZ data center. Pay is $37,000–$41,000 per year, paid hourly. The associate joins the Operations Support Center team. Expedient provides cloud platforms, hosting, cybersecurity, and data center infrastructure services. The role handles first-tier support requests and facility checks, follows security procedures, and documents client and employee requests to support reliable data center operations and client service.

What you'll do

• Handle Tier 1 tickets, shift walks, audits, and remote-hands requests
• follow client access and security protocols
• follow shipping and receiving procedures
• cover the front desk phone
• conduct physical and virtual security checks
• process and prioritize technical requests
• log requests and activities in the ticketing system.
