What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and motivate sales staff
• conduct daily sales meetings and individual coaching
• desk deals and support closing
• monitor lead follow-up and CRM use
• oversee inventory presentation, pricing, and lot standards
• track sales metrics and report to leadership
• collaborate with F&I, service, and marketing
• support recruiting, onboarding, and training
• maintain an ethical, customer-first sales environment.
