Master’s-Level Home-Based Clinician

The Master’s-Level Home-Based Clinician role is based in New Hampshire, with positions available throughout the state and a home-based service model. Compensation is $55,000–$60,000 per year for full-time work; the posting also offers a $1,000 stay-on bonus. Northeast Family Services provides mental health services to children, youth, and families. The clinician serves as primary therapist and contact for assigned in-home clients, implementing evidence-based treatment and programming. The role coordinates with families, the Division for Children, Youth and Families, courts, schools, and other providers to develop treatment plans, monitor progress and risk, and maintain clinical documentation.

What you'll do

• Maintain an assigned caseload and implement in-home services according to referrals
• collaborate with DCYF and families on treatment plans and meetings
• complete assessments, reports, and clinical documentation
• provide therapeutic intervention, parent education, and supervised visitation in home and community settings
• serve as clinical lead when multiple providers are assigned
• assess client risk and consult the clinical supervisor
• participate in the on-call rotation and provide family support by phone as utilized
• transport clients as required.
