What you'll do
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
- Manage guest seating according to server rotation, table availability, and guest preferences
- Maintain and manage the reservation system and wait list
- Provide accurate wait time estimates
- Escort guests to tables
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Maintain cleanliness of the host stand.
