Apartment Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Complete resident-requested work orders and preventive maintenance
• diagnose defects and make repairs under established procedures and safety standards
• prepare vacant apartments for move-in, including inspections, punch lists, vendor coordination, supplies, repairs, and inspection of completed work
• track maintenance inventory and document service requests
• maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities
• use materials and tools responsibly. The role requires a flexible schedule and on-call availability.
