What you'll do

• Recruit skilled-trades candidates, including electro-mechanical technicians, at volume
• build and maintain a talent pipeline
• use targeted outreach, referrals, military networks, and trade networks
• qualify candidates on pay, shift, location, credentials, and fit
• manage search scope, timelines, status, and client communication
• track recruiting metrics and support hiring events.
