Tier 1 Service Desk Technician

Job overview

The Tier 1 Service Desk Technician role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL; compensation is not specified. AirPro Diagnostics provides diagnostic scanning for collision centers, and the role supports its growing IT team and customers. The technician provides first-level technical assistance to team members and customers, resolving common device, software, and account issues and escalating advanced troubleshooting to system administrators. The work is scheduled as an eight-hour shift Monday through Friday, with flexible hours between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. and occasional overtime as needed.

What you'll do

• Provide inbound call support using remote access tools
• set up, move, install, and troubleshoot desktop computers
• configure and troubleshoot VoIP phones and tablets
• maintain tablet software and imaging
• perform limited Office 365 user management
• evaluate returned scan tools for redeployment
• collaborate with manufacturing on tool building and deployment
• and escalate advanced issues to system administrators.
