Technical Systems Manager

What you'll do

• Administer, configure, and operate internal SaaS and vendor applications including Workday, PeopleSoft, and SAP Fieldglass
• monitor platform health and release updates
• manage user access, security roles, and compliance
• build secure integrations and APIs
• automate workflows
• gather requirements and translate business needs into system solutions
• evaluate vendor software and manage vendor relationships and SLAs
• serve as tier-three escalation point
• provide onsite client engagement
• develop SOPs, documentation, and end-user training.
