The Maintenance Supervisor — The Hive role is onsite in Lebanon, MO, with stated pay of $22–$25 per hour and a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. schedule with required on-call duty. The role supports Bryan Properties’ residential community and resident service operations. Working under the property manager, the supervisor handles maintenance requests, repairs, preventive upkeep, apartment turns, and grounds care. Coordinating projects and vendors helps keep the property safe, clean, and operating smoothly for residents.

What you'll do

• Respond to resident maintenance requests, with a goal of responding within four hours
• perform HVAC, plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, appliance, minor electrical, and general repairs
• assist with preventive maintenance and apartment turns
• maintain grounds and common areas
• coordinate with vendors and contractors
• follow OSHA, EPA, and company safety procedures.
