What you'll do

• Manage the Leadership Giving Society and its goals
• support society volunteers and chairs
• build relationships with donors and community stakeholders
• guide volunteers in donor engagement and solicitation
• monitor progress and projected results
• conduct regular meetings with donors and volunteers
• support philanthropy programs and special events
• re-engage lapsed donors and donors below Leadership Society levels
• manage donor step-up programs toward de Tocqueville Society membership
• evaluate past efforts and improve processes.
