The Front Desk Associate, Opening Shift role is onsite in Woodinville, WA. Pay is $17.13–$18 per hour. The associate welcomes members and guests and supports opening operations at Gold’s Gym Washington. The role creates a welcoming first interaction, supports membership growth, and helps ensure the club is ready for members each morning. It also handles check-ins, questions, transactions, and operational tasks that contribute to a secure and well-run club.

What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• check members and guests in
• answer calls and questions
• lead tours and help guests select memberships
• enroll new members and introduce club services
• follow up with guests
• open the club and complete opening procedures
• review shift logs
• process retail and membership transactions
• assist with account and billing questions
• log maintenance needs and report safety concerns.

Why this role

Part-time opening shift begins at 4:35 AM and combines weekdays and weekends. High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment, is required. Must be CPR/AED certified or willing to obtain CPR certification within 30 days.
