The role advances consistent clinical protocols, quality improvement, workforce development, and program excellence across locations, partnering with medical and operational leaders and pediatric teams.

What you'll do

• Develop and update pediatric clinical protocols and standing orders
• lead quality-improvement initiatives and screening compliance
• oversee immunization standards and reporting
• support school-linked health programs
• recruit, mentor, develop, and retain pediatric staff
• lead peer reviews and chart audits
• monitor pediatric UDS quality measures
• contribute to clinical policy development
• maintain an active pediatric practice.
