What you'll do

• Advise on fund operations, confidentiality and intercompany agreements, fund-interest transfers, management company and general partner matters, fund formation, co-investments, and carried interest
• draft and negotiate related documents
• collaborate with legal, finance, tax, compliance, management, and investor relations teams
• track deadlines and workstreams
• and improve templates and repeatable workflows.
