What you'll do

• Monitor and support staff with daily questions
• assist residents with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and transfers
• administer medication as directed
• engage residents in social and recreational activities
• monitor and report health changes
• maintain care records
• perform light housekeeping
• communicate with care teams
• order medications and complete monthly medication checks
• train and mentor staff
• participate in the on-call rotation.

Why this role
