What you'll do

• Answer calls, emails, and in-person inquiries

• assist with reservations and access to club amenities and programs
• organize deliveries
• maintain activity logs
• support front desk workflow and the Communications Manager
• help members use club communication and reservation systems
• coordinate with departments.
