Full-Time Leasing Consultant

What you'll do

• Convert leads into leases through phone, online, and in-person interactions
• conduct tours and follow up with prospects
• maintain knowledge of pricing, availability, and competitors
• work toward leasing and occupancy goals
• support resident satisfaction
• complete lease paperwork and collect deposits
• maintain CRM and prospect data
• support office presentation, model readiness, move-in and move-out events, and administrative tasks.
