The Project Coordinator, Restoration role is onsite in Miami, FL. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. The role supports the Paul Davis Restoration of Miami Central-South team by coordinating communication among customers, insurance representatives, and internal staff. The role exists to keep restoration projects moving efficiently from assignment through completion. It contributes by maintaining accurate records, coordinating inspections and services, tracking deadlines, and ensuring project documents and updates reach the appropriate people.

What you'll do

• Receive new assignments, verify job information, and contact customers
• coordinate inspections and services with customers and field teams
• maintain job records, notes, and status updates in RMS, XactAnalysis, and insurance carrier portals
• monitor deadlines and follow up on documents, estimates, approvals, and tasks
• communicate scheduling and project updates
• coordinate submission of photos, reports, signed authorizations, and other documents
• maintain job trackers and assist with cancellations and project closeout.
