The Tire Technician — Heavy Diesel role is onsite in Farmington, NY, on the day shift. Pay is $20–$26 per hour. The technician inspects, repairs, and replaces commercial truck and trailer tires and performs preventative trailer maintenance. The role helps keep fleet equipment safe and serviceable through tire condition checks, repairs, equipment diagnosis, and adherence to shop safety procedures.

What you'll do

• Perform daily yard checks and create a worklist
• inspect tire tread, wear, valves, and condition
• identify and repair tires
• mount, dismount, and repair tires
• perform match mounting, dual assembly matching, and radial runout checks
• inflate tires to load-appropriate pressure
• remove tires for off-site retreading or repair
• inspect trailers and diagnose issues
• replace trailer light cords, air lines, mud flaps, hangers, marker lights, and reflective tape
• maintain a clean and safe work area.
