Test and Evaluation Engineer

The Test and Evaluation Engineer works onsite in Colorado Springs, CO, supporting the U.S. Space Force Space Training and Readiness Command Test and Evaluation Squadrons at Schriever Space Force Base. Compensation is $120,000–$160,000 per year. The work supports space-system testing and evaluation for STARCOM.

What you'll do

• Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing space-system tests and experiments
• develop test programs and processes
• apply scientific and statistical methods
• and create and review test documentation. Analyze pre-test predictions and test data, define data collection requirements and go/no-go criteria, execute simulations, assess system effectiveness, and prepare reports and presentations. The posting requires an active TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility.
