What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end design and development of software solutions, including back-end and integration components
• collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and deliverables
• guide engineers and drive architectural decisions
• develop and maintain frameworks, libraries, and reusable components
• address performance and scalability challenges
• mentor engineers
• conduct code reviews
• evaluate emerging technologies
• represent the company in industry events and technical communities.
