Behavior Technician – Empowerment Specialist

The Behavior Technician – Empowerment Specialist role is an onsite, part-time position in Glendale, CA, with a schedule Monday–Friday between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m.; Saturday hours from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. are optional. Pay is $20–$25 per hour based on experience and education, with an additional $2 per hour for weekend shifts and $5 per hour for company-observed holidays. The role supports children and teens with developmental disabilities through 360 Behavioral Health. The technician provides one-to-one support and implements individualized applied behavior analysis treatment plans under BCBA supervision. The work helps clients build skills and improve quality of life through structured activities, progress tracking, and collaboration with families and the care team.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one support to children and teens with autism and other developmental disabilities
• implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision
• provide at least 15 scheduled therapy hours per week
• collect and record progress data
• use structured activities to support learning
• collaborate with supervisors, families, and colleagues
• and follow HIPAA, mandated reporting, and company policies.
