What you'll do

• Collect and analyze patient data before, during, and after hemodialysis and document findings
• adjust treatment plans as indicated and notify appropriate clinical leaders or physicians
• educate patients and families
• coordinate safe hemodialysis delivery
• administer and document medications
• assist with emergency response
• support laboratory collection and processing
• update nursing assessments and care plans with the interdisciplinary team
• inform patients about transplant and treatment modality options.
