What you'll do

• Diagnose engine performance, drivability, electrical, engine mechanical, suspension, steering, chassis, and HVAC issues
• repair complex electrical and engine problems
• perform and verify advanced vehicle inspections and road tests
• use scan tools, scopes, and service information
• provide technical support to B- and C-Level technicians
• communicate findings and repair recommendations to service advisors
• maintain shop organization, tools, and diagnostic equipment
• ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards.
