Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist I

What you'll do

• Help participants identify career goals, strengths, interests, and employment opportunities
• provide job coaching during interviews, orientations, training, and onboarding
• build relationships with local employers
• support workplace accommodations, assistive technology, and natural supports
• encourage positive workplace relationships
• maintain required PCP/IEP and program records
• and provide community or employment transportation when needed, with mileage reimbursed.
