Help Desk Support Specialist, Level 1

What you'll do

• Respond to support requests by phone, email, ticketing system, or other channels
• create and update tickets
• reset passwords and unlock accounts after identity verification
• assist with approved software and routine updates
• troubleshoot peripherals and basic network connectivity
• create accounts and assign approved access
• assist with workstation setup and orientation
• use approved remote support tools
• escalate complex issues
• communicate status and resolutions
• contribute to knowledge base articles
• follow security and data protection procedures.
