Fulfillment Operations Coordinator

Job overview

The Fulfillment Operations Coordinator role is onsite in Irvine, CA, with compensation of $25–$35+ per hour. Eggs Unlimited supplies eggs to retail and food manufacturing companies and brings buyers and sellers together through its supply chain and customer networks. The coordinator manages customer orders and inquiries and works with production, logistics, and sales teams to support accurate, timely fulfillment. The role also monitors inventory and order status and resolves customer issues through follow-up.

What you'll do

• Manage incoming EDI and manual orders

• respond to customer inquiries
• provide product and policy information
• resolve complaints
• coordinate with production and logistics
• update customers on order status
• maintain accurate interaction and transaction records.
