Strength & Conditioning Coach

The Strength & Conditioning Coach role is onsite in Niceville, FL. Compensation is $20–$30 per hour. D1 Training is an athletic performance facility serving adults and youth athletes ages seven and up, with a mission to help athletes reach their fitness goals. The coach delivers and adapts training for individuals and groups, helping athletes improve performance, build strength, and reduce injury risk through proper movement and technique. The role also supports member progress and retention through coaching, education, and ongoing relationships.

What you'll do

• Create a positive, motivating environment
• coach group workouts, personal training, small groups, and teams
• adapt movements to individual needs
• assess members and align them with programs
• teach proper form and technique
• provide education on strength, speed, and nutrition
• maintain member relationships and monitor progress
• maintain equipment and facility cleanliness.

Why this role

Requires valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification, at least one valid NCCA-accredited certification, and at least one year of strength and conditioning-related experience. A bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field is preferred.
