What you'll do

• Understand customer requirements and decompose them into system designs and architectures.
• Perform design analysis and trade studies.
• Lead small, interdisciplinary teams to develop detailed designs and technical artifacts.
• Develop technical documentation for design reviews.
• Lead programmatic and technical discussions with customers.
• Integrate, configure, and test systems in the factory and deployed environments.
• Collaborate with customers and subcontractors.
• Analyze large datasets to investigate anomalies and develop solutions.
• Support proposal activities.
• Provide mentoring and oversight to less-experienced engineers.
