Performance Build & Motorsports Manager

The Performance Build & Motorsports Manager role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN. Compensation is described as “$100k or maybe more in the future.” Turbo Tim’s Anything Automotive is developing automotive build projects and related stories for its YouTube channel. The manager owns the automotive build program, coordinating people, parts, budgets, schedules, and technical work so projects progress from planning through testing and events. The role also helps develop employee projects and works with the video team to document build milestones.

What you'll do

• Track project priorities, budgets, parts, staffing, deadlines, and next steps
• fabricate and troubleshoot
• coordinate with technicians, tuners, suppliers, and outside shops
• manage parts ordering and equipment repair plans
• plan build milestones and logistics for motorsports events
• help employees develop achievable vehicle projects
• and coordinate filming with the video team.
