What you'll do

• Deliver individualized one-to-one ABA therapy under a supervising BCBA
• implement skill-building programs using play-based and structured teaching
• collect and record session data electronically
• communicate with the BCBA and clinical team
• participate in parent training and generalization activities when needed
• assist with assessments and session preparation
• follow behavior intervention plans and safety protocols
• maintain confidentiality
• and step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested.
