Accounts Receivable Specialist

What you'll do

• Manage accounts receivable and customer account records
• apply and reconcile payments
• monitor aging and follow up on past-due accounts
• research discrepancies, short pays, unapplied cash, and variances
• communicate with customers about balances and payment status
• prepare reports and reconciliations
• assist with month-end close, collections, and other accounting projects.
