The Director of Clinic Operations role is onsite in Ukiah, CA. Compensation is $80,000–$100,000 per year. The position supports Mendocino Community Health Centers’ healthcare delivery across multiple clinical sites and its population health teams. The role exists to strengthen clinic operations, patient experience, and organizational growth. The director guides operational leaders, uses performance data to improve processes, supports revenue-cycle performance, advances population health initiatives with clinical teams, and collaborates with clinical and administrative leaders on organizational priorities.

What you'll do

• Guide and develop operational leaders and Population Health teams
• identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve healthcare service delivery across clinical sites
• use performance metrics and operational insights to guide decisions and measure improvements
• lead initiatives to improve revenue-cycle processes and financial sustainability
• collaborate with clinical teams on population health initiatives and goals
• explore technologies and solutions to improve workflows and communication
• partner with clinical and administrative leaders to align priorities and improve patient and staff experience.
