Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Manage customer experience and explain the process
• evaluate estimates
• negotiate approval of project scope, estimates, and terms
• collect deposits and draws
• identify, qualify, and schedule subcontractors, engineers, architects, and vendors
• create project schedules and timelines
• coordinate and oversee services
• conduct quality assurance and resolve issues
• maintain job files and stakeholder communication
• ensure work complies with plans, safety policies, specifications, codes, permits, and scope
• resolve punch-list items
• conduct final walkthroughs
• secure completion and satisfaction certificates
• review budgets, manage expenses, assist with final payment collection, and manage warranty activities, equipment, tools, and materials.
