Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician works onsite in Kent, WA. Compensation is not specified. Cambridge Management manages affordable housing communities serving families, seniors, and people with disabilities. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Manager, the technician maintains the community’s physical condition and responds to resident service needs. The work includes repairs, preventive maintenance, apartment preparation, and safety and upkeep tasks that support residents and property operations.

What you'll do

• Respond to and complete service requests
• coordinate daily priorities with the maintenance team
• provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors
• identify and address or report safety and maintenance issues
• perform preventive maintenance
• prepare vacant apartments for move-in
• maintain community appearance
• record service requests and make-ready work in OneSite
• perform electrical and plumbing work as required
• assist with groundskeeping, pool maintenance, housekeeping, notices, and inspections
• participate in on-call and snow removal activities when applicable.
