What you'll do

• Complete opening and closing front-of-house procedures
• prepare scanners, stanchions, playbills, and signage
• greet patrons and assist with accessibility requests
• coordinate with house managers and volunteer ushers
• provide accurate information and directions
• resolve seating and other patron issues with house managers
• follow emergency and fire alarm protocols
• uphold inclusion, diversity, equity, and access principles.
