HR Generalist

What you'll do

• Respond to level-one HR issues and inquiries by voice, email, mail, fax, or walk-in
• follow established policies and performance criteria
• assess inquiries and escalate issues when appropriate
• provide tactical support in an assigned HR area while maintaining knowledge across HR disciplines
• complete training and apply learned competencies
• support HRMS processes and updates across the U.S.
• use case-management and knowledge-base systems
• identify service-delivery improvements
• support work hours ending at 7 p.m. ET on a rotating schedule.
