What you'll do

• Lead and mentor IT coordinators and support technicians
• prioritize workloads and handle escalations
• participate in on-call rotation and occasional weekend maintenance
• oversee servers, storage, virtualization, cloud systems, Windows Server, directory services, and networks
• manage security tools, access, and compliance
• maintain monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery
• plan budgets, upgrades, and technology roadmaps
• manage integrations and projects
• develop operational processes and automation.
